The Volvo C30 is a far more mature and practical car than BMW's Mini; more two-door sedan than coupe.

Volvo's thin, floating central console looks as though it could not possibly be functional. It is, and it lends an air of Scandinavian cleanliness and restrained good taste to the C30 interior just as thin, light-colored wood furniture does to Swedish homes.
